· International standard hot melt application system: Nordson (USA) or Robatech (Switzerland).
· Automatic high-speed pocket spring string holder (patented invention).
· Electronically controlled pocket spring unit support table.
· Two flexible hot melt jets for pocket springs along with two flexible jets for top & bottom non-woven fabric.
· Standard continuous gluing mode / interrupted glue-saving mode.
· Flexible offset and parallel (zoned) assembly system.
· Electronically controlled cutting device for the fabric on the top & bottom.
Special Option, if desired:
· Extra hot melt jet for pocket spring to from 3 glue lines.
· Available for zoned pocket spring string.
· Available for zoned pocket spring unit.
